Introducing Dr. Sam, our esteemed Surgeon, Trainer, and Founder of the Sculpt Face Treatment. With over 13 years of clinical experience as an NHS doctor, her expertise spans Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Trauma, Burns and Critical Care Medicine with further specialisation in Aesthetic and Rejuvenation Medicine.
She holds registration with the GMC and membership in the Royal College of Surgeons. Having worked in one of the country's largest Head and Neck specialist hospitals and trained extensively in microsurgery, her attention to detail, precision and techniques are exceptional as an Endolift Surgeon.
Dr, Sam has also contributed to the field of postgraduate surgical education as a university clinical anatomy lecturer, researcher, and has presented her work at International conferences. Her passion for humanitarian efforts have also been recognised through her work with affiliated charities including Saving Faces.
She has qualified in the UK but has also spent time in Japan, Germany, USA, and London, Harley street. Having trained in some of the most prestigious institutes, she has developed a unique approach to facial aesthetics that focuses on achieving continuous, long-term and long-lasting natural results.

Who can perform Endolift?Only surgeons and medical doctors (registered with the General Medical Council) of a skilled calibre are selected and trained to provide this treatment. Dr. Sam at Sculpt Face Clinic is a surgeon, trainer, and registered provider of Endolift in Liverpool, covering the North, England, UK Please note: 1. Not all Endolift providers have the experience, knowledge, and skills to perform Endolift, despite offering the service. 2. Medical training as a clinician is imperative for safe patient medical evaluation, personalised treatment plan and aftercare. 3. The laser probe should be viewed as a scalpel and ideally handled by a GMC-registered doctor with surgical training. 4. BE AWARE of copycat machines and providers that falsely sell and advertise EndoLift through social media and other means which can be very unsafe. "Anyone can buy a scalpel, but not everyone is experienced or trained to use the scalpel to perform surgery". Please feel free to ask your provider.

What is the Endolift® procedure?The Endolift® procedure is a cutting-edge minimally invasive laser treatment developed over two decades ago by leading laser experts. How does Endolift® work?During the Endolift® procedure, a remarkably thin fibreoptic laser wire is inserted under the skin, similar to a needle, with no need for incisions. The controlled laser energy is then carefully delivered to the deeper layers of the skin which triggers the body's natural healing process stimulating new collagen and elastin production, resulting in improved skin texture and skin tightening. Additionally, the laser can be customised where necessary, to destroy adipose fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by the lymphatic system, resulting in improved contours.

How does Endolift® compare to similar procedures such as RF Microneedling, FaceTite, Plasma,and Thread Lifts?Endolift® boasts a unique pedigree developed by the best in the laser industry, Attempts to replicate its technology can be found in the market, but its technology remains unmatched in terms of efficacy and quality. Endolift® is often hailed as the non-invasive gold standard for achieving effective and long-lasting facelifts (skin tightening). Most other tightening procedures require several treatments before seeing results and are not necessarily long-lasting without regular maintenance treatments and subsequently not cost-effective. These alternatives treat the skin surface directly which causes more visible injury and inflammation, resulting in longer downtime/ recovery. For these reasons, Endolift is considered a more advanced and effective procedure.

What is the recovery like after an Endolift® procedure?One of the main benefits of Endolift® is its minimal downtime. Patients may experience some mild swelling, redness, and bruising in the treated area which is expected and normal, this typically subsides within a few days to a week. Most patients can resume their normal activities shortly after the procedure.

Is Endolift® a painful procedure?The procedure is virtually painless. Local anesthesia is typically administered to numb the treatment area, minimizing any discomfort. While some patients may experience mild discomfort or a sensation of warmth during the procedure, it's generally not described as painful.

How long does it take to see results from Endolift®?Endolift® results are both immediate and long-lasting. Skin tightening and contouring are visibly immediate after the procedure. Results will continue to develop over several months as additional collagen and elastin form in the deeper layers of the skin causing improved skin texture which is observed at around 1 to 2 months with peak results usually seen 9-12 months after the procedure.

How long does Endolift® results last?Typically, results are long-lasting and can endure up to 2 to 3 years with the option to repeat the treatment after a year if desired.
